Five-layer co-extruded EVA PO greenhouse film is a high-end agricultural polyolefin greenhouse film, employing a five-layer simultaneous co-extrusion molding process, unlike ordinary single-layer or three-layer greenhouse films.
The base material is primarily high-purity metallocene PO raw material, with a high-VA content EVA heat-insulating resin added to the middle functional layer. Each of the five layers independently carries its own exclusive functional additives (weather resistance, dust prevention, heat insulation, anti-drip, and toughening). The additives do not conflict with each other, maximizing all performance aspects simultaneously. It is a high-end greenhouse film specifically designed for overwintering long-crop greenhouses and high-end greenhouses.
Five-layer structure with distinct functions:
1. Outer layer: UV-resistant, anti-static, and dustproof layer, resisting outdoor sun aging and preventing dust accumulation.
2. Second outer layer: Tensile and tear-resistant layer, enhancing membrane toughness and resisting strong winds and hail.
3. Middle core layer: High-content EVA insulation layer, blocking infrared heat loss from the ground and providing core insulation at night.
4. Second inner layer: Long-lasting anti-fog layer, suppressing fog formation inside the greenhouse.
5. Inner layer: Long-lasting anti-drip layer, allowing water droplets to slide off smoothly, preventing water from dripping and damaging seedlings.

Advantages:
1. Superior nighttime heat retention, offering significant advantages for low-temperature cultivation.
The middle layer of EVA resin blocks infrared long-wave radiation emitted by the soil and crops, resulting in nighttime greenhouse and soil temperatures 2-5°C higher than with ordinary PO film.
2. Five layers of additives do not interfere with each other, ensuring long-lasting and stable functionality.
The layered additives ensure that anti-drip, anti-fogging, anti-aging, and heat-retaining functions do not cancel each other out. This anti-drip and anti-fogging effect lasts for 36-60 months, with a service life of 3-5 years.
3. High light transmittance + slow light transmittance decay, increasing yield and improving quality.
The metallocene raw material has a light transmittance of over 91%, and the outer layer is anti-static and dustproof, preventing dust accumulation and dulling even after prolonged use. Sufficient sunlight promotes high photosynthetic efficiency in crops, resulting in more fruit set and better coloring.
4. Extremely tough, wind-resistant, tear-resistant, and hail-resistant.
The multi-layered composite structure, combined with toughening masterbatch, provides tensile strength and tear resistance far exceeding ordinary greenhouse films. It is less susceptible to damage from strong winds, rain, snow, and minor hail, reducing labor costs for film repair.
5. No dripping or dense fog, reducing disease.
The inner layer provides long-lasting anti-drip protection, forming a water film on the film surface that flows down the film, preventing cold water from dripping and damaging stems, leaves, and fruits; the anti-fog layer eliminates dense fog, significantly reducing the probability of disease.

1. Winter Vegetable Greenhouse.
Suitable for long-season cultivation of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplants, strawberries, etc., in autumn and winter. Provides insulation and frost protection during winter, extending the harvest period and significantly increasing winter yields.
2. High-End Flower Greenhouse.
For roses, lilies, orchids, hydrangeas, and tulips, a diffused light formula can be used to balance warmth and light, preventing frost and sun damage to petals and improving cut flower quality.
3. Seedling Greenhouse and Seedling Base.
Seedlings of fruits, fruit trees, and vegetables are sensitive to low temperatures and dripping water. A warm, drip-free environment significantly reduces seedling mortality and rot, resulting in a higher rate of robust seedlings.
