Employing a five-layer synchronous co-extrusion molding process, the core raw material is metallocene polyethylene. Layers of additives provide anti-aging, toughening, dustproofing, anti-fogging, and long-lasting anti-dripping properties, with each layer's additives independently distributed and non-conflicting.
Unlike ordinary PE films and three-layer greenhouse films: The metallocene substrate offers comprehensive upgrades in toughness, light transmission, and weather resistance; the five-layer structure separately supports weather resistance, heat insulation, anti-dripping, and tear resistance, achieving an ultra-long service life and long-lasting anti-dripping and anti-fogging properties, classifying it as a mid-to-high-end general-purpose agricultural greenhouse film.
Five functional layers:
1. Outer layer: UV-resistant and anti-aging + anti-static and dustproof layer, blocking ultraviolet rays and preventing dust accumulation.
2. Second outer layer: Metallocene toughening layer, enhancing tensile strength, wind resistance, and hail resistance.
3. Middle support layer: Increases film stiffness and reduces sagging.
4. Second inner layer: Anti-fogging layer, eliminating white fog inside the greenhouse.
5. Inner layer: Long-lasting anti-dripping layer, allowing water droplets to slide off smoothly without dripping.

Advantages:
1. Metallocene substrate, high light transmittance and slow attenuation.
Light transmittance can reach over 90%, with high raw material purity; the outer layer is antistatic and dustproof, and it is not prone to darkening even after years of use. It provides ample sunlight in the mid-to-late stages, ensuring stable crop photosynthesis.
2. Ultra-long weather resistance and service life.
The five-layer composite structure, combined with a high content of UV-resistant additives, offers aging resistance far exceeding that of ordinary PE films. It can be used for 3-5 years under normal conditions, reducing annual film replacement costs and labor.
3. Long-lasting anti-drip and anti-fogging effect, reducing crop diseases.
The layered anti-drip and anti-fogging additives do not conflict with the outer anti-aging agents. The anti-drip effect lasts for 36-60 months; a continuous water film forms on the film surface, sliding smoothly down the greenhouse without cold water dripping and damaging seedlings. There is no dense fog inside the greenhouse, and downy mildew and gray mold are significantly reduced.
4. High toughness, wind-resistant, tear-resistant, and resistant to rain and snow.
Metallocene raw materials have excellent tensile strength and puncture resistance, and are not easily torn or damaged by strong winds, snow, or light hail. They are also highly adaptable to mountainous and windy areas.
Product Application:
1. Winter and Spring/Autumn Long-Crop Vegetable Greenhouses.
Suitable for multiple cropping of tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, eggplants, green beans, strawberries, etc. Long-lasting drip irrigation reduces disease; the long-life nature eliminates the need for annual film replacement.
2. Various Flower Greenhouses.
Suitable for lilies, roses, hydrangeas, and potted flowers. Even light penetration prevents dripping and leaf burn, prolonging the flowering period and improving the appearance of cut flowers.
3. Fruit and Vegetable Seedling Base.
Delicate seedlings benefit from drip-free conditions and stable light, significantly reducing seedling rot and scorching; resulting in uniform emergence and a high rate of robust seedlings.
