Employing a five-layer co-extrusion process, this film uses high-VA-content EVA as the core insulation layer, with layered long-lasting anti-drip agents, UV stabilizers, and anti-fogging additives added to the inner layers. Unlike ordinary externally coated anti-drip films, the functional additives are integrated into the film body, making them less prone to rinsing and loss. It combines the excellent insulation performance of EVA with long-term fog-free and anti-drip effects, making it a high-end functional greenhouse film for overwintering cultivation.

Advantages:

The EVA material blocks infrared heat loss from the ground, resulting in nighttime greenhouse and ground temperatures 2-4°C higher than ordinary PE films, reducing frost damage in winter and allowing crops to be harvested earlier.

Layered additives do not conflict with anti-aging components, ensuring an effective anti-drip and anti-fogging effect for 24-48 months; no dense fog inside the greenhouse, a continuous water film forms on the film surface and flows down the wall, preventing cold water dripping and damaging branches, leaves, and fruits.
3. Stable light transmission, increased yield and improved quality.
No fog blocks sunlight, and the anti-static and dust-proof outer layer ensures slow light transmission decay over time, allowing for ample photosynthesis, uniform fruit coloring, and higher sugar content.
4. Good aging resistance and toughness, long service life.
The outer layer contains UV-resistant masterbatch, providing wind and tear resistance. The five-layer metallocene substrate can be used continuously for 2-5 years, reducing labor costs for film replacement.

For cut flowers such as roses, lilies, and hydrangeas, this product prevents dripping water from scorching petals and fogging from causing mold growth, thus improving the quality of cut flowers.
2. Grape, cherry, and strawberry picking greenhouses.
High humidity environments easily lead to fruit cracking and mold growth. Long-lasting anti-fogging and anti-drip properties improve humidity inside the greenhouse, increasing the rate of premium fruit.
3. Seedling nurseries in high-altitude, cold regions.
Seedlings have weak cold and humidity resistance. Stable temperature and humidity significantly reduce the proportion of dead and weak seedlings.
