Two Color Agricultural Blackout Greenhouse Film For Commercial Growers
Blackout Greenhouse Film for Commercial Growers
Product description:
The black and white film is a co-extruded two-color PO/PE agricultural film, with one side white and the other black. It is a five-layer co-extruded integral molding, with the white side facing outward and the black side facing inward to be used on the ground inside the greenhouse.
Technical Parameter
| Light Reflectivity | 85%-95% |
| Light Blocking Rate |
≥99% |
| Elongation at Break | ≥300% |
| Tensile Strength | ≥35 MP |
| UV Stabilization | 12-36 Months |
| Service Life | 3-5 years |
Advantages:
1. Two-way temperature control, cool in summer and warm in winter.
The white surface reflects over 90% of sunlight, lowering the temperature inside the greenhouse by 5–10℃ in summer; the inner black film blocks infrared heat, reducing heat loss in winter and ensuring stable day and night temperatures.
2. 99% complete shading, suppressing weeds and blocking light.
The black layer completely blocks light, preventing weed growth; suitable for fungi and livestock requiring low-light cultivation, and inhibits algae blooms in aquatic bodies.
3. Long-lasting and durable, tear-resistant and anti-aging.
Multi-layer co-extrusion of metallocene materials makes it puncture-resistant and resistant to hail and strong winds; the addition of UV stabilizers ensures an outdoor service life of 3–5 years, far exceeding ordinary shade nets and monochrome films.
Product Application:
1. Greenhouses (with covered roofs).
Edible fungi: Shiitake, oyster, and enoki mushrooms cultivated in the dark; light-controlled flowers, shade-tolerant leafy vegetables in summer, and seedling cooling sheds.
2. Livestock and aquaculture sheds.
Shading and cooling for chicken, duck, cattle, and sheep farming; seepage-proof film coverings for fish and shrimp ponds to inhibit algae and stabilize water quality.
3. Silage storage.
Silage of hay and corn stalks wrapped in film for lightless anaerobic fermentation, preventing feed from heating up and spoiling.
