Perforated Agricultural Mulch Film Plastic Mulch Film Biodegradable Puncture Resistance
Perforated Mulch Film Plastic Mulch Film Manufacturer
Product description:
Perforated mulch film (pre-perforated mulch film) is a functional agricultural mulch film made of PE polyethylene. During production, it is produced by mechanical punching and laser pre-punching of standard planting holes/breathable micropores. The hole diameter, hole spacing, and row spacing can be customized in advance according to the crop plant and row spacing. After the film is laid, seedlings can be planted directly in the holes without the need for on-site manual cutting and hole breaking.

Advantages:
1. Labor-saving and standardized planting.
The holes in the film are uniform and even, allowing for direct planting after mulching, eliminating the need for manual film marking and hole punching. Fixed hole spacing ensures neat plant spacing, facilitating mechanized management and harvesting.
2. Aeration and water permeability, preventing root rot.
Ordinary fully enclosed mulch film causes waterlogging and soil oxygen deficiency after rain, easily leading to root rot and seedling death. The holes allow excess moisture to escape, increasing soil oxygen levels, promoting root respiration, and reducing the probability of root rot.
3. Preserves the basic functions of the mulch film.
White film: Light transmission and temperature increase, promotes early seedling growth in spring, and retains water and moisture.
Black film/silver-black perforated film: Shade to suppress weeds, reducing herbicide use; the silver surface reflects light to repel aphids, improves fruit coloring, and increases yield by 15%–30%.
4. Lower mulch film wear and tear.
Manual on-site cutting of the membrane can easily lead to large-area tearing and damage to its heat preservation and moisture retention effects; machine-prefabricated holes have smooth, burr-free edges, resulting in better membrane integrity and resistance to wind damage.
Product Application:
1. Fruit and Vegetable Crops:
Watermelons, cantaloupes, strawberries, honeydew melons, and honeydew melons often use silver-black perforated mulch film. This suppresses weeds, repels insects, and enhances sweetness and color, making it the first choice for early spring off-season cultivation in greenhouses and open fields.
2. Vegetables and Solanaceous Crops:
Tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, and cabbages are transplanted using standardized planting methods, suitable for large-scale vegetable bases.
3. Field Grains and Cash Crops:
Cotton, corn, potatoes, and peanuts use microporous perforated film for breathability. This helps retain water during dry seasons and prevents waterlogging and potato rot during the rainy season.
4. Seedlings and Orchards:
Seedling beds: Perforated mulch film controls temperature and moisture, resulting in uniform seedling emergence.
Orchard rows: Black perforated mulch film suppresses weeds, retains moisture, and allows rainwater to infiltrate, preventing waterlogging around the trees.
