80 - 250μm Thickness EVA Plastic Film Thermal Insulation Agricultural Greenhouse Film
EVA Greenhouse Film Thermal Insulation Agricultural Greenhouse Film Manufacturer
Product description:
EVA greenhouse film, short for ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer greenhouse film, is a mid-to-high-end agricultural greenhouse film made from ethylene + vinyl acetate (VA) copolymer resin through a three-layer/five-layer co-extrusion process, with added heat-insulating, anti-drip, anti-fogging, and anti-aging additives. Its performance is between that of ordinary PE film and high-end PO film, making it the mainstream covering material for overwintering greenhouses.
Technical Parameters:
| Light Transmittance | 88%-93% |
| Anti-fog & Anti-drip Duration | ≥36 Months |
| UV Blocking Rate | 85%-99% |
| Tensile Strength | ≥20-30 MPa |
| Elongation at Break | ≥400%-700% |
| Service Life | 2-5 years |
Advantages:
1. Superior Heat Insulation.
EVA molecules contain polar ester groups, achieving a blocking rate of over 78% for long-wave infrared heat radiation in greenhouses at night. Nighttime greenhouse temperatures are 2-3°C higher than with ordinary PE film, providing low-temperature frost protection and reducing winter heating costs.
2. Balanced Light Transmission, Soft Light That Doesn't Harm Seedlings.
Initial light transmission is 90%-92%, superior to PE film; it provides soft, diffused light, preventing strong sunlight from scorching fruit and vegetable leaves, enhancing photosynthesis throughout the day, and promoting flowering, fruit setting, and fruit coloring.
3. Long-Lasting Anti-Drip and Anti-Fog Effect, Reducing Diseases.
The hydrophilic additive within the film is evenly released, causing condensation inside the greenhouse to form a water film that flows smoothly down the greenhouse surface, eliminating dripping and white fog; the standard anti-drip and anti-fogging effect lasts for 24-60 months, significantly reducing downy mildew, gray mold, and fruit rot caused by high humidity.
4. Low-Temperature Flexibility, Tensile Strength, and Easy Construction.
It does not harden or crack in low-temperature environments; the film is flexible and easy to stretch to fit arched sheds and small arched sheds; it is puncture-resistant and wind-resistant, easy to install, and suitable for double-layer inner film covering of various simple arched sheds and greenhouses.
Product Application:
I. Crops to be Planted.
1. Autumn and Winter Vegetables: Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplants, lettuce, celery, chives, and other warm-weather vegetables, protected from winter frost damage.
2. Early Spring Short-Term Fruits: Watermelons, cantaloupes, strawberries; planting in one season perfectly matches the drip and fog reduction cycle.
3. Flowers and Seedlings: Roses, chrysanthemums, succulents; seedlings and seedlings; gentle light protects seedlings and reduces diseases.
II. Applicable Regions and Greenhouse Types.
Regions: Winter greenhouses in northern regions; double-layered inner film greenhouses in cold and rainy southern regions.
Greenhouse Types: Single-unit cold greenhouses, solar greenhouses, small arched greenhouses, seedling greenhouses.
