Puncture Resistant Agricultural Mulch Film Biodegradable Mulch Film
Agricultural Mulch Film Biodegradable Mulch Film Manufacturer Manufacturer
Product description:
Biodegradable mulch film is an agricultural film co-extruded from biodegradable resins (PBAT, PLA, starch-based, etc.) as the core raw material, with added additives.
Unlike ordinary PE mulch film, it gradually decomposes into carbon dioxide, water, and organic matter under the influence of soil sunlight, microorganisms, and water vapor, leaving no plastic microparticles. It addresses "white pollution" in farmland at its source and is an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional plastic mulch film.

Advantages:
1. Environmental and Soil Advantages.
Full-cycle degradation eliminates the need for manual collection of residual film after harvest, saving on recycling labor costs.
It does not produce microplastics, protecting arable land and groundwater, complying with national arable land environmental protection policies, and is compatible with green agriculture and organic farming certifications.
2. Agronomical Advantages.
Moisture Retention and Weed Suppression: Like ordinary mulch, it locks in soil moisture and suppresses weed growth, reducing herbicide use.
Warmth Enhancement and Yield Increase: It allows light transmission while retaining heat, raising soil temperature in early spring, promoting earlier crop emergence and maturity, and increasing yield and income.
Controllable Degradation Cycle: A customized degradation cycle of 3–18 months can be used to match different crop growth cycles, decomposing naturally after crop harvest.
3. Policy and Economic Advantages.
Many regions have introduced subsidies to support biodegradable agricultural inputs, and their use is mandatory for organic bases and fruit and vegetable export bases; long-term use protects arable land, preventing gradual land degradation and reducing subsequent land remediation costs.
Product Application:
1. Open Field Crops: Corn, peanuts, potatoes, cotton, sugarcane, medicinal herbs, etc., grown outdoors.
2. Open Field Fruit and Vegetable Cultivation: Watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, peppers, cabbage.
3. Greenhouse/Archive Greenhouse Support: Ground covering inside greenhouses, used in conjunction with PO greenhouse film.
4. High-Standard Planting Bases: Organic farms, picking gardens, export fruit and vegetable bases, high-standard farmland.
