Black and white film is a multi-layer co-extruded, two-color functional greenhouse film. The mainstream process is a five-layer co-extrusion process. The raw materials are metallocene PE and LLDPE, compounded with special additives such as shading masterbatch, UV protection, long-lasting heat insulation, and anti-drip and anti-fogging agents, extruded in a single step. The two sides of the film are clearly distinguishable: white on the outside and black on the inside.
Correct installation method: White side facing outwards, black side facing inwards.
White outer layer: Highly reflective material, reflects visible light and infrared heat, blocking heat from entering the greenhouse;
Black inner layer: High-density shading masterbatch, blocks light penetration, achieving a high shading effect;

Advantages:

2. Powerful reflective cooling, alleviating high-temperature stress.
The white surface reflects over 70% of solar heat radiation, resulting in a 4-8°C lower temperature inside the greenhouse compared to ordinary transparent films in summer. This prevents burning of mushroom substrate, scorching of medicinal herbs, and heatstroke in livestock during hot seasons, significantly reducing the power consumption of cooling equipment such as fans and evaporative cooling systems, thus lowering production energy costs.
3. Weed control and suppression, reducing pesticide use.
The inner black layer completely blocks sunlight from the ground, preventing weeds from photosynthesizing. This reduces the need for frequent herbicide application, meeting organic farming and agricultural product export testing standards, and improving the quality of fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms.
4. Nighttime heat retention, stabilizing humidity inside the greenhouse.
The black layer blocks the loss of long-wave infrared heat from the ground, providing superior nighttime heat retention compared to ordinary shade nets.
The membrane is dense and airtight, ensuring stable and controllable humidity inside the greenhouse; the anti-drip and anti-fogging design prevents water dripping from the roof, thus preventing mushroom rot and seedling leaf decay.
5. Anti-aging and weather-resistant, with a long service life.
Added with high-content UV anti-aging masterbatch, the five-layer co-extruded structure provides enhanced tensile strength, puncture resistance, and tear resistance, and is resistant to strong winds and hail impacts.
