RPD501110 Rear Air Spring Repair Kit for Land Rover/Range Rover Sport
This high-quality air spring repair kit is specially designed for Land Rover Discovery 3, Discovery 4 and Range Rover Sport L320 non-electronic damping air suspension. The kit includes air bladder, full sealing O-rings, metal crimp rings, bump stops, dust cover and all fastening parts. The bladder is made of multi-layer reinforced EPDM cord fabric rubber, featuring anti-aging, ozone resistance, high and low temperature resistance and durable tight sealing.
1:1 original size and structure allow direct replacement without strut assembly replacement. It effectively solves common problems such as rear air leak, rear-end sagging, uneven body height, suspension pressure loss and abnormal noise. Every product is 100% air-tightness tested before shipment, ensuring perfect compatibility with original EAS suspension system and greatly reducing repair cost.

Q1: Is it side-specific? Does it fit damped struts?
A: Universal for rear left and right. Fits only non-VDS, non-ADS standard air struts.
Q2: Do I need to replace the whole strut for slow leakage?
A: No. If strut core is oil-tight and damping works well, only replace the repair kit.
Q3: Is calibration required after installation?
A: Yes. Air tightness test, height calibration and fault code reset are mandatory.
Q4: Why does leakage happen after replacement?
A: Usually caused by reused old seals, improper installation or aging air pipes, not product quality issue.
Q5: What is the warranty policy?
A: 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage from cutting, impact and improper installation is excluded.
