• Operators must receive professional training and be familiar with the equipment structure, operating procedures and safety specifications before starting the machine.
• Strictly control the feeding capacity, and do not exceed the rated mixing volume of the equipment to avoid overloading the motor and affecting mixing uniformity.
• Check the tightness of fasteners, the flexibility of rotating parts and the sealing performance of the cylinder before each operation; prohibit running the machine with faults.
• It is forbidden to open the equipment cover or touch the rotating rotor during operation to prevent personal injury accidents.
• For mortar formulas with corrosive materials, replace the anti-corrosion lining regularly to avoid equipment corrosion and ensure test accuracy.
• Clean the mixing cylinder, rotor and feeding pipeline thoroughly after each use to prevent material residue from affecting the next test result.
• Regularly check the automatic lubrication system, hydraulic system and temperature control system to ensure stable operation of all components.
• Cut off the power supply completely when the equipment is not in use for a long time, and place it in a dry, dust-proof and ventilated environment.
