Installation steps 1 Align the clutch body with the engine drive shaft, evenly cross lock it with 8 M8 bolts, and control the torque at 25-30N m2Align the fan blades with the clutch flange and secure them with bolts (if it is a split structure) 3 Connect the electrical control harness plug to ensure that the buckle is securely fastened, avoiding looseness and water ingress 4 Check that the gap between the fan blades, water tank, and fan cover is ≥ 10mm to prevent interference during operation
Operation and usage 1. Normal operating conditions -Low temperature/idle: The fan idles with the clutch, with a speed of about 10% -30% of the engine, reducing power loss. -Medium high temperature/driving: When the engine water temperature rises above 85 ℃, the ECU outputs a control signal, and the fan speed gradually increases, reaching a maximum of over 90% of the engine speed. -High temperature/heavy load: Under climbing and full load conditions, the fan runs at full speed to quickly remove heat and ensure that the engine does not overheat. 2. Precautions -It is forbidden to forcibly disassemble the fan when the engine is hot to avoid burns and component damage. -Do not touch the running fan with your hands to prevent injury caused by entanglement.
