Our Pure PTFE Film High Temperature Tape is manufactured from 100% virgin polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film coated with high-performance single-sided silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. Unlike fiberglass-reinforced PTFE tapes, this pure film version features an ultra-smooth surface, zero fiber shedding, and superior non-stick performance.
It maintains outstanding dimensional stability and physical properties across an extreme temperature range from -70℃ to 260℃ for continuous use, with short-term heat resistance up to 300℃. The tape offers an ultra-low friction coefficient, excellent release properties, and strong resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, and most organic solvents.
