Equipped with adjustable amplitude, frequency and screen inclination, this circular vibrating screen adopts 3D elliptical vibration technology. It supports customized multi-size grading for minerals, manufactured sand and construction waste aggregates.
The circular vibrating screen adopts motor-driven eccentric block excitation technology to generate stable centrifugal force, driving the screen box to produce regular elliptical vibration. After materials are fed into the screening chamber, periodic vibration force promotes material tossing, layering and particle separation. Fine particles with qualified specifications pass through screen holes and discharge as finished products, while oversized unqualified materials move along the inclined screen surface and return to the crushing link for secondary processing. The rubber spring damping system effectively buffers vibration energy, maintains stable operating amplitude, avoids mechanical resonance damage, and ensures long-term stable cyclic operation of the equipment.

This circular vibrating screen is configured with single-shaft or dual-shaft exciters to generate standard 3D elliptical motion tracks. Materials advance in a spiral jumping state to achieve full stratification and screening. Adopting gear synchronization and universal joint transmission mechanism, the equipment realizes adjustable vibration amplitude of 4–8mm and working frequency of 700–1000 r/min. The screen inclination is adjustable within 15°–25°, and users can adjust the excitation force by increasing or decreasing counterweight blocks to adapt to different material hardness, humidity and feeding volume parameters.
