Screen Features
Built for industrial heavy-duty fine material processing, this linear vibrating screen adopts exclusive straight-line vibration technology to achieve precise fine particle classification. It perfectly handles both dry granular materials and wet sticky fine materials that are difficult to screen with ordinary equipment.
Driven by two symmetric reverse-running vibration motors, it generates stable and uniform linear excitation force. The 0°-10° ultra-low screen inclination, adjustable excitation angle, 2-6mm reasonable amplitude and 900-1500r/min high frequency ensure full contact between materials and screen mesh, realizing thorough fine material separation and high-precision grading.
Working Principle
Two high-power vibration motors installed symmetrically run in synchronous reverse rotation, producing stable linear excitation force and driving the screen box to form fixed straight-line vibration trajectory.
After bulk materials are fed into the screen surface, continuous parabolic jumping and linear forward movement realizes automatic material stratification by particle size. Fine qualified particles pass through the screen mesh and complete finished product discharging, while coarse impurities are automatically discharged from the tail outlet.
The linear uniform conveying mode eliminates material accumulation and local overloading, ensuring stable continuous screening and long-term heavy-duty operation of the equipment.
