This universal linear vibrating screen relies on stable straight-line vibration to complete precise fine material classification, compatible with dry and wet dual screening scenarios. Two symmetric reverse synchronous vibration motors provide stable linear excitation force, making materials jump and advance uniformly in parabolic straight line on the screen surface. With flexible adjustable 0°-10° screen inclination, variable excitation angle, 2-6mm reasonable amplitude and 900-1500r/min high frequency, it ensures thorough material screening, stable efficiency and strong adaptability to various industrial materials.
Driven by two symmetric synchronous reverse vibration motors, the equipment generates stable linear excitation force to form a fixed straight-line vibration track. After materials enter the screen surface, continuous jumping and linear forward movement realizes automatic particle size stratification. Fine qualified particles pass through the screen mesh and discharge as finished products, while coarse impurities are automatically discharged from the tail outlet. The linear uniform conveying mode prevents material accumulation and clogging, ensuring continuous, stable and efficient screening operation all day long.
