Powered by the high-power main motor, the dynamically balanced heavy-duty rotor drives multiple thickened alloy hammer heads to rotate stably at high speed inside the reinforced crushing chamber. After bulk raw materials such as limestone, bluestone and coal gangue enter the crushing cavity, they are subjected to strong high-speed hammer impact at first, then squeezed, bent and sheared repeatedly between hammer heads and anti-wear lining plates. Through continuous cyclic impact and extrusion, large bulk materials are gradually refined from coarse to fine and shaped into regular cubic particles. Qualified finished aggregates smoothly pass through the bottom grate gaps and are discharged, while unqualified coarse particles stay in the cavity for repeated cyclic crushing until reaching the standard size. The overall structural design ensures uniform material feeding and discharging, no material accumulation, and supports long-term non-stop heavy-duty crushing operation.
