PE400*600 single-toggle jaw crusher serves as the primary coarse crushing equipment widely used in aggregate production lines for crushing medium-hard and hard ores and stones.

With a feed opening size of 400*600 mm, the machine accepts a maximum feed particle size of ≤325 mm. Its discharge opening can be adjusted from 50 mm to 70 mm to produce finished aggregates of variable sizes as required. The processing capacity ranges from 50 to 80 tons per hour, delivering stable output for small and medium-sized stone plants, construction waste recycling projects and front-end coarse crushing sections of mines.

Equipped with an eccentric shaft rotating at 275 r/min and driven by a 45–55 kW motor, the crusher provides sufficient power and strong crushing impact force. The heavy-duty frame and high-manganese steel jaw plates feature excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, performing outstandingly when processing limestone, river pebble, granite, iron ore and other raw materials.

Boasting a simple mechanical structure, the machine enables convenient inspection, maintenance and quick replacement of wear parts. It can operate independently as a standalone unit, or be matched with vibrating feeders, vibrating screens and secondary crushing machines to form a complete aggregate production line, making the preferred primary crushing equipment for small and medium crushing projects.
