The ZPC heavy hammer crusher unifies a universal crushing cavity structure, can switch processing materials freely including limestone, raw coal, construction demolition waste and medium-hard mine ore, only need to replace grate plates to adjust finished granularity between 40mm and 130mm to meet different production standards.
ZPC15 small and medium models (feeding ≤600mm, 200–400t/h) fit small and medium cement auxiliary production lines and coal crushing workshops; ZPC18 large models (feeding ≤700mm, 250–650t/h) are used for large aggregate bases and construction waste centralized recycling stations. Modular segmented lining plate layout inside the cavity, only replace partial severely worn lining blocks instead of the whole set of liners when mixed materials cause uneven abrasion, effectively reduce maintenance spare parts cost. Wide feeding inlet can accept irregular large demolition waste blocks without frequent bridging and blockage during continuous feeding.

Different types of raw materials such as limestone lump, raw coal block and construction waste enter the large crushing cavity and receive dual rotor impact fragmentation. Swap grate plates of different apertures to quickly switch finished particle grading: small aperture grates produce fine materials for cement raw material, large aperture grates output medium aggregate for highway construction. Segmented cavity liners bear uneven impact from different hardness materials separately, local wear parts can be disassembled independently for replacement. Hydraulic flip cover opens the whole cavity when switching processing materials, convenient to clean residual mixed materials inside the machine to avoid finished product mixing.
