ZPC18 series is the large heavy-duty branch of ZPC heavy hammer crusher, including ZPC1810, ZPC1815, ZPC1820, ZPC1822 four specifications, all support maximum feeding lump up to 700mm, break the limit of small and medium crushers only feeding below 600mm. Hourly processing capacity covers 250 tons to peak 650 tons, matched dual motor power from 220*2 KW up to 250*2 KW, suitable for fully automated large centralized mining and aggregate industrial parks with ultra-high daily output demand.
The machine body adopts thickened cast steel frame, reinforced rotor spindle and oversized alloy hammer head to resist long-term high-load impact wear under large feeding volume. The widened feeding inlet increases continuous feeding efficiency, eliminate material stacking and blocking under full-load feeding state. Hydraulic flip upper cover with larger opening stroke, easier to take out large-size worn hammer heads during maintenance. The large-area bottom grate plate improves screening and discharging speed, match the ultra-high throughput of large mines without material backlog inside the cavity.
Large-sized rock lumps drop into the spacious crushing cavity through the upper feeding opening. Dual heavy rotors fitted with thick alloy hammers rotate at optimized speeds and break feedstock via repeated inertial impacts. Particles small enough to pass through interchangeable bottom grates turn into qualified output, while oversized fractions keep circulating inside for further breakage. Users swap grates of different apertures to fine-tune discharge dimensions within the model-specific ranges. Whenever inspection or part replacement is needed, the hydraulic mechanism lifts the top casing for convenient interior servicing.
