Detailed Product Description: The PE1000*1300 high-hardness dedicated jaw crusher is professionally optimized for high-strength ore and hard rock crushing working conditions. On the basis of the 1000*1200 model, the crushing cavity is further widened and deepened to form a larger material crushing space and higher material passing rate. Adopting low-speed and high-torque operation logic, the equipment outputs super strong impact extrusion force and shearing force, which can easily crush high-density and high-hardness materials that are difficult to process by conventional crushers, such as iron ore, basalt, bluestone and alloy ore. The upgraded heavy-duty bearing assembly and anti-impact frame structure effectively resist huge load impact generated by hard material crushing, ensuring no structural deformation during long-term heavy-load operation. The finished material has uniform particle size and excellent grain shape, with extremely high qualified aggregate rate.
