SC840i Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is a heavy-duty secondary and tertiary crushing machine engineered for large-scale mining and aggregate production lines. Equipped with extra-wide C1 and C2 coarse crushing cavities, the SC840i accepts feed sizes up to 345mm and delivers a minimum discharge opening of 25mm, making it an ideal primary-stage cone crusher for high-hardness ores.

An integrated single-cylinder hydraulic system provides one-key discharge opening adjustment and intelligent overload protection. When uncrushable materials enter the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder automatically lowers the main shaft to widen the discharge gap and clear the obstruction, then restores the original setting automatically without manual intervention.

Suitable for coarse and medium crushing of granite, basalt, iron ore, copper ore, limestone and river pebble in large mining plants, aggregate yards, highway and railway construction projects. Hourly capacity range covers 20-1126 t/h across the series.
