SH840i Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is a high-throughput medium crushing machine built for large aggregate plants and mining stations that require stable output around the clock. Six interchangeable fine and medium cavities from F1 to F6 accept feed sizes up to 258mm and produce finished material down to 6mm discharge opening, covering both secondary and tertiary crushing duties on one host machine.

The single-cylinder full hydraulic system delivers one-key discharge opening adjustment and automatic overload clearing. High manganese steel mantle and concave liners, combined with thin oil circulation lubrication, keep the crusher running reliably in continuous heavy-duty production with minimized downtime and lower cost per ton.
