YH-PE500x750 is a single-toggle primary jaw crusher widely applied in quarry and mining crushing lines. With a 500x750 mm feed opening and 450 mm maximum feed size, it accepts medium-hard and hard rocks such as granite, limestone and basalt, delivering stable 30-80 t/h output for small and medium crushing projects.

The discharge opening is adjusted by a quick wedge mechanism without disassembling the machine. Operators can change the finished aggregate size from 50 mm to 120 mm within minutes, which greatly shortens downtime and improves production flexibility.

Fixed and movable jaw plates are made of high manganese steel and designed to be reversible. Each plate can be turned and reused, extending service life by up to four times and effectively reducing wear part cost per ton of finished stone.

The heavy-duty frame is fabricated from welded steel plates and annealed to release internal stress, ensuring stable running under continuous impact load. The centralized grease lubrication system simplifies daily maintenance and lowers the operator's workload.
