Full automatic sampling machine

Application: for sampling in metallography laboratory of PCB factory (PCB board has no assembling component)

1. Maximum sampler size: length x width x height = 50x50x8mm;
2. Set sampling size: according to customer requirements to determine (usually 20 mm x 15 mm)
3. Maximum sample size 16“* 24”(can reach any position on PCB board)
4. Sampler spindle: 24000R/min/AC220V/50HZ
5. Sampler Gong knife: 1/8”(free to change gong knife, 2.0 mm recommended)
6. feeding method: set the sampling size 0-50 mm (arbitrarily set) after the automatic feeding, until the slice is completely removed;
7. The sampler is equipped with a vacuum cleaner

11. the sampling machine adopts drilling and milling method to avoid sample deformation and ensure test accuracy;
