Installation & Operation Notes
- Installation inclination angle ≤5°, primarily horizontal positioning required; custom internal structure needed for angled applications
- Fill with XN46 oil to 1/3 of drum diameter height; replace lubricant regularly
- Wiring must be performed by certified electricians; equipment must be reliably grounded; do not pull cables during hoisting
- Run no-load test for 30 minutes without abnormal noise or temperature rise before full-load operation
- Do not convey materials exceeding 60°C; avoid corrosive liquid direct contact with drum body
- Match corresponding explosion-proof grade for underground use; do not substitute with standard pulleys

Standard Single Unit: Solid wood base + stretch film wrapping, explosion-proof junction box with dedicated foam protection.
High-Power Models: Fully enclosed wooden crate with moisture-proof foam filling, integrated lifting lugs at base.
