Installation & Operation Notes
- Verify input/output shaft rotation direction matches equipment requirements before installation
- Reducer must be installed horizontally; base must be firmly anchored for long-term operation
- Check oil level and quality after initial 200–300 hours of operation; replace oil if necessary
- Stop immediately for inspection if abnormal noise, vibration, or excessive oil temperature occurs
- Never exceed rated power, rated torque, or allowable speed

Packaging
Standard models are secured on solid wood pallets with full stretch film wrapping. Large or export units are packed in sealed plywood crates with moisture-proof foam filling. Shaft extensions, flanges, and coupling areas receive individual foam protection. Accessories, manuals, and certificates are packed separately in waterproof bags or cartons. External markings include model number, weight, center of gravity, lifting points, moisture-proof, and fragile labels.
