ETD34 PCB Mount Ferrite Core 380v To 24v HF Power Transformer For UPS And Inverters
The ETD34 horizontal transformer is a custom-wound high frequency transformer built on an ETD34 ferrite core with a horizontal (low-profile) bobbin, designed for switching power supplies and power conversion circuits. The horizontal pin layout keeps the overall board height low and allows the component to sit flat on the PCB, which suits slim enclosures and boards with limited vertical clearance.
Turns ratio, inductance, pin configuration, creepage distance, wire type (enamelled copper, triple insulated wire or Litz wire) and insulation class are all engineered to the customer's schematic rather than sold as a fixed catalogue item. Typical operating frequency ranges from 20 kHz to 200 kHz, and the achievable output power depends on the winding design, cooling condition and topology used.
Every unit is produced in our own Dongguan factory under an ISO 9001 quality system, with electrical testing on 100% of finished goods.
