Enclosed Three Phase Power Transformer 380V 480V For Factory Equipment
The EI119 and EI480 are three phase low frequency power transformers supplied in a protective metal enclosure, built on laminated silicon steel cores and wound with pure copper. Both models are designed to step voltage up or down and to provide galvanic isolation between the incoming supply and the load, which keeps electrical noise, surges and ground faults on the line side away from the equipment being powered.
The two models cover different power bands within the same design family. The EI119 is the compact member, intended for control circuits, distribution panels and small industrial machines. The EI480 is the heavy duty member, intended for CNC machine tools, automation cells and larger production equipment that draws high continuous current. Because both share the same core structure, winding process and enclosure concept, a customer can standardise on one supplier and one construction quality across the whole plant while still matching each machine to the right rating.
Both models are built to order. Input voltage, output voltage, capacity, connection group and terminal layout are configured to the customer drawing, so the transformer arrives ready to wire into the target panel rather than requiring on site adaptation.

Note: exact dimensions, weight and rated current are defined per order once the capacity and voltage combination is confirmed. Approval drawings are issued before mass production.
- Laminated silicon steel core: The core is stacked from graded silicon steel sheet, which suppresses eddy current loss and keeps the unit running cooler under continuous load. Lower running temperature translates directly into longer insulation life.
- Full copper winding: Both models use 100% pure copper rather than copper clad aluminium. Copper gives lower winding resistance, less voltage drop under load and better behaviour during current surges such as motor starting.
- True galvanic isolation: Primary and secondary are electrically separated, so line side noise, transients and ground loops are blocked instead of being passed to the sensitive electronics downstream.
- Enclosed construction: The transformer is delivered inside a protective metal box, which shields the windings from dust, moisture, metal chips and accidental contact. This is what makes the units suitable for shop floor installation rather than clean control room installation only.
- Vacuum impregnated insulation system: Class F and Class H materials are available, which raises the thermal ceiling and improves resistance to vibration and humidity.
- Wide customisation matrix: Input and output voltage, capacity, connection group, tap positions, terminal position and cable entry can all be defined by the customer.

Company advantages:
- 26 years of focused experience: Established in 2000, specialised in magnetic components and power solutions for industrial control and power electronics.
- Own manufacturing base: A 10,000 square metre self owned factory with 8 complete production lines, so capacity and delivery are controlled in house rather than subcontracted.
- Engineering support included: A 20 person R&D team and a 20 person quality control team support customisation from concept through to mass production, with free design service.
- Certified system: ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management, with product level UL, cUL, CE, CB and RoHS coverage.
- Proven export record: Annual export value of 42 million USD, serving North America, Northern Europe, South America and Southeast Asia, including well known industrial brands.
Product advantages:
- One supplier covering two power bands: EI119 for control and light duty, EI480 for heavy duty, both with the same construction standard, which simplifies qualification and spare part management.
- Lower operating cost: High efficiency cores reduce no load loss and heat, so the unit consumes less and lasts longer.
- Safer installation: High dielectric strength, high insulation resistance and an enclosed metal housing protect both the operator and the connected load.
- Stable under real factory conditions: Copper windings and impregnated insulation handle inrush current, vibration, dust and humidity.
- Built to your drawing: Voltage combinations that are not available off the shelf can be produced without tooling charges in most cases.
