This custom toroidal power transformer is engineered for equipment that demands clean, stable and quiet power. Built with a continuously wound low-loss silicon steel toroidal core and 100% pure copper windings, it delivers high efficiency, low no-load loss, extremely low stray magnetic field and near-silent operation compared with conventional EI laminated transformers.
The unit shown is configured as Input 240V AC 50Hz / Output 30.0V AC 0.2A + 30.0V AC 0.2A (dual secondary). Input voltage, output voltage, VA rating, lead length and terminal type are all fully customizable to your drawing or specification. OEM & ODM orders are welcome, with samples available before mass production.
- Pure copper coil, voltage fully customizable – enameled copper wire only (no CCA), giving lower resistance, cooler running temperature and longer service life. Primary and secondary voltages are wound to your requirement.
- Stable output voltage under load, minimal voltage drop – tight coupling and optimized turns ratio keep the output steady from no-load to full-load, protecting sensitive downstream circuits.
- Multi-colored outgoing wires – each winding uses a different lead colour so primary, secondary and multiple windings can be identified instantly, reducing wiring errors and assembly time.

- Compact and lightweight – toroidal construction typically saves up to 50% of the volume and weight of an equivalent EI transformer, and mounts with a single centre bolt.
- Safety-oriented construction – flame-retardant insulation tape, layer-to-layer insulation between primary and secondary, and optional thermal fuse / thermal protector.
