The excavator track chain provides traction and power transmission during operation. The track chain assembly consists of track links, track pins, track bushings and sealing gaskets.
Our track links are manufactured from 35MnB alloy steel and machined with high-precision CNC equipment to ensure excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish for all parts. Track pins and bushings are treated with professional heat treatment to deliver outstanding wear resistance.
Each track link is subjected to non-destructive flaw inspection after heat treatment to guarantee consistent quality of every single link, effectively prolonging the overall service life of the track chain.
