LSZH-XL is a halogen-free flameretardant optical fiber cable material with a temperature resistance of 80°C, which could becolorable. LSZH-XL is made by using Polyolefin as thebasematerial, adding inorganic flameretardants, antioxidants, lubricants and other additives, and then mixed, compacted, plasticized and granulated. The products are widely used in the insulation and sheathing of optical fiber cables. The products havepassedenvironmental protection certification Tested, compliant with halogen-free, ROHS,REACH latest environmental protection requirements

Extrusion process
         The Product can be processed on many existing cable manufacturing machines.For example, it can be
produced faster and better with a special screw for halogen-free materials with a compression ratio of less
than 2.0. Generally, we recommend the following processing conditions:
        RecommendedEquipment : φ45~150SingleScrew Extruder
        Extruder Aspect Ratio(L/D): 18-25
        Filter/Mesh/Temperature Distribution: 40/80/40

(Note: Duetodifferent equipment, the temperature of machine head can beadjusted accordingto the surface condition of the wire)
