Product Introduction
Polyester non‑shrinkable braided sleeving is woven from high‑performance polyester multifilament yarns with compact and neat structure and non‑shrinkable property. It delivers high tensile strength, excellent corrosion resistance, explosion‑proof capability, superior abrasion resistance, noise reduction and dust‑proof performance. It effectively protects hoses against repeated friction damage, reduces operating noise caused by friction, and prevents dust and debris from eroding hose surfaces.
Featuring outstanding flexibility, the sleeving allows free bending and twisting together with hoses without hardening or cracking. It has good anti‑fraying performance after cutting for easy installation. It can be pre‑installed during production or retrofitted onto pre‑assembled hoses for convenient later‑stage maintenance.
It is widely applied for abrasion‑resistant and explosion‑proof protection of hydraulic hoses, oil hoses, rubber hoses and other pipes on various mechanical equipment. Tolerant to oil contamination, dust and other complex conditions, it is especially suitable for harsh working scenarios such as engineering machinery, mining equipment and machine tools, greatly extending the service life of hoses.
