Product Introduction
This PFA sleeve is made of high‑performance perfluoroalkoxy fluoropolymer material. It features outstanding high‑temperature resistance from -196℃ to 260℃, superior chemical corrosion resistance and excellent electrical insulation. Semi‑transparent design allows visual inspection of internal components. It complies with RoHS and REACH standards, widely used in semiconductor, chemical, new‑energy and high‑temperature wiring protection fields. Custom specifications are available.
Product Features
- Wide temperature resistance: -196~260°C. Non‑stick, water‑repellent and oil‑repellent; no scale buildup or flow retardation both inside and outside the tube wall.
- Excellent electrical reliability & high insulation: Dielectric constant remains 2.1 across 60HZ‑60MHZ under both low and high temperature. No conductive track will be formed even if the surface is damaged by moisture. Volume resistance＞10¹⁸ Ω·cm, surface resistance＞2×10¹³ Ω. Arc resistance＞165 seconds with no leakage current.
- Superior chemical corrosion resistance: Only elemental fluorine and alkali metals at high temperature can react with it. It is inert to all other concentrated/dilute inorganic & organic acids, alkalis and esters.
- Low water absorption: Water absorption rate ＜0.01%.
- Non‑flammability: Will not burn in air (Oxygen index＞95VOL.%).
- Non‑toxic: Physiologically inert.
- High transparency: Excellent refractive index among plastics.
- Weather resistance: Long‑term exposure to ozone and sunlight is acceptable.
- Good secondary processability: Self‑sealable, self‑weldable, flangable, and can be made into coiled tubing
