Product Introduction
Product Structure: Both inner and outer surfaces are corrugated.
Colors: Black, orange, gray, white, red, blue, yellow, etc. (Custom colors available; split‑type version can be provided upon request).
Temperature Resistance:
‑ PE: -40°C ~ 100°C, short‑term 110°C (240h)
‑ PA Nylon: -40°C ~ 130°C, short‑term 150°C (240h)
‑ Modified PA Nylon: -40°C ~ 150°C, short‑term 175°C (240h)
Flame Retardant Rating:
‑ PP: UL94‑V2
‑ Nylon PA6: UL94‑V0, burning rate ＜100 mm/min
‑ PP: UL94‑V2
‑ Nylon PA6: UL94‑V0, burning rate ＜100 mm/min
Product Features
Features: Excellent oil‑resistance, acid‑alkali resistance and corrosion resistance; high mechanical strength, good flexibility, glossy surface. Halogen‑free, phosphorus‑free and cadmium‑free, RoHS compliant.
Applications: Specially for new energy vehicle wire harness protection; machinery manufacturing, chemical equipment. Protect cables and wires against external abrasion and provide insulation protection.
Usage: Insert wires and cables into the conduit, then assemble with the matching series of conduit connectors.
