Product Introduction
High‑Performance Flame‑Retardant Heat Shrink Tubing is made of radiation‑cross‑linked polyolefin material with excellent physical, chemical and electrical properties. It is mainly used for wire harness protection, electrical insulation of connectors, anti‑rust & anti‑corrosion for soldered joints, as well as mechanical protection. The product meets the performance requirements of SAE AS23053/5 Class 1. It is widely applied in electronics, telecommunications, automotive component protection, marine and aircraft manufacturing industries.

- Conforms to specification AMS-DTL-23053/5; compatible with UL224 and CAN/CSA C22.2 No.198.1-99
- Shrink ratio: 2:1
- Onset recovery temperature: ≥ +84°C
- Full recovery temperature: ≥ +120°C
- Operating temperature range: -55°C to +135°C
- Excellent flexibility and elasticity, flame retardant property
- Environmentally compliant with RoHS directive
- Standard colors: Black, red, yellow, blue plus ten internationally recognized standard colors (Clear tubing version is non-flame retardant)
