Product Introduction
XQ-PUR-125 Non-shrink PUR Wire Harness Protection Sleeve is manufactured from high-performance modified polyether polyurethane material. It is a non-shrink tubing that requires no heating during installation, enabling fast and convenient wire harness assembly.
This sleeve features excellent abrasion resistance, high tear strength, outstanding bending resistance, superior hydrolysis resistance, water resistance, oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It maintains stable mechanical and insulating performance under harsh environments with humidity, oil and various chemical media. The material is flexible and resilient, ideal for dynamic applications such as frequent bending, drag chain movement and mechanical swing.
With a wide operating temperature range of -55℃ to +125℃, the tubing provides stable electrical insulation and reliable wire protection against abrasion, cracking, short circuit and aging damage. It adopts halogen-free, low-smoke and non-toxic formula, fully compliant with environmental protection requirements.
Widely used in automotive electronics, new energy vehicles, industrial automation, robotic wiring and construction machinery, it serves as an upgraded replacement for ordinary PVC and common polyolefin sleeves for high-standard wire harness protection.
