Product Introduction
This special‑purpose heat‑shrink tubing for condensers and evaporators is manufactured from high‑performance radiation‑cross‑linked polyolefin material. Boasting outstanding anti‑corrosion performance and convenient field installation, the tubing can be rapidly shrunk with hot‑air tools without complicated pre‑treatment procedures.
It is extensively adopted in automotive air‑conditioning systems, household refrigerators, industrial freezing machines, cold‑storage warehouses and various condenser‑evaporator assemblies. It completely omits traditional painting and baking finishing processes for metal pipes. By forming a tight protective layer over copper and aluminum pipelines, it effectively slows down corrosion caused by condensed moisture and salt spray, greatly prolonging the service life of heat‑exchange pipes and lowering overall production and material costs for manufacturers.
