Product Introduction
This PE flame‑retardant spiral wrap band is extruded from modified PE raw material. It delivers excellent flame‑retardant performance, great tear and abrasion resistance, as well as acid and alkali resistance, with an operating temperature range of ‑30℃ to 100℃.
No disassembly of existing wires is required. It can be installed by simple spiral winding, allowing cable tapping at any point. Reusable and easy to mount and remove, it organizes messy cables and protects harnesses from friction and scratches.
Available in complete sizes in black and white, it complies with RoHS standards. Widely used for harness arrangement and outer‑layer protection in engineering machinery, cabinet equipment, automotive wiring harnesses and hydraulic pipelines. It is a cost‑effective accessory for cable protection.
Product Features
Material: environmental PE, Heat resistance - 40 to 80 degree, can be customized level UL94VO, fire retardant.
Temperature range: 40 to 80 degree, available customize UL94Vo fire retardant material.
Usage: First fix one end of the starting point with a protective belt, and then wrap it around in a clockwise direction, so that the electrical wiring harness can be integrated
Application: Protection sleeve for electric wires, and make them insulation and look nice.
