PLC Controlled PP Strap Extrusion Line Fully Automatic Plastic Banding Machine
The conventional PP Strapping Band Extrusion Line is a full-automatic continuous extrusion system engineered to produce high-strength polypropylene packing straps. Popularly utilized for commodity packaging, logistics transport and industrial bundling, the equipment delivers precise dimension control and stable, uniform quality for finished straps.
Fitted with a high-efficiency single-screw extruder built with customized screw and barrel, the line enables complete plasticization and melting of PP raw materials. The full set consists of automatic feeding system, extrusion die head, water cooling tank, drying equipment, preheating & stretching unit, embossing machine and multi-station automatic winders. Unified PLC touch screen control realizes interlock and synchronization of all procedures, ensuring stable operation and efficient continuous production.
Production supports virgin PP granules as well as recycled PP materials. Color masterbatch can be supplemented to manufacture straps in custom colors. Finished PP strap width ranges 5mm–19mm and thickness is adjustable from 0.3mm to 1.3mm, meeting various bundling requirements across numerous industries.
