200 - 400 Kg/hr Strapping Band Production Line PLC Controlled Strap Manufacturing Machine
Built for continuous mass manufacturing of high-strength polypropylene packing straps, this standard PP strapping band production line is fully automatic single-screw extrusion machinery. It is widely utilized within packaging, logistics distribution and industrial bundling sectors, providing stable finished strap quality and precise control over dimensional tolerances.
This line is equipped with a high-output single-screw extruder featuring customized screw and barrel assembly to achieve complete plasticization and homogenization of PP raw materials. The full configuration covers automatic feeding system, extrusion die head, water cooling tank, drying unit, double-stage preheating & stretching mechanism, embossing device and multiple automatic winding machines. Central interlock control through the PLC touchscreen system ensures stable operation and excellent continuous production efficiency.
Production allows virgin PP pellets and recycled PP scraps as raw materials. Color masterbatch can be incorporated to manufacture straps with customized colors. The finished straps feature an adjustable width of 5~19mm and thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 1.3mm, catering to mass packaging requirements across numerous industries.
