The PP Strapping Band Production Line serves as a full-automatic extrusion system built for continuous production of high-strength polypropylene strapping bands. Suitable for packaging, logistics and industrial bundling scenarios, this production line ensures consistent strap quality and precise dimensional control.
Equipped with a high-efficiency single-screw extruder outfitted with custom screw and barrel, the system achieves ideal plasticization effects for PP raw materials. The complete set consists of water cooling equipment, drying unit, preheating & stretching assembly, embossing machine and automatic winding machines. All modules operate synchronously under PLC control to realize stable and efficient manufacturing.
This production line supports processing virgin PP materials and recycled PP materials. It provides flexible production specifications with strap width adjustable from 8mm to 19mm to meet diversified client demands.
