Double-screw Design PP Strapping Band Production Line with 70-290 kg/hr Capacity and 5~19 mm Strap Width

The PP Strapping Band Production Line is an automated extrusion system built for continuous production of high-strength polypropylene strapping bands. Commonly deployed in packaging, logistics and industrial bundling industries, it guarantees stable strap quality and precise dimensional control.

Fitted with a high-efficiency single-screw extruder adopting custom screw and barrel structure, the equipment achieves excellent plasticization of PP materials. The whole line contains water cooling, drying, preheating & stretching units, embossing machine and automatic winders. All components run synchronously under PLC control to support stable and high-efficiency production.

This production line accepts both virgin and recycled PP as raw materials. Strap width can be adjusted between 8mm and 19mm, providing flexible production solutions to satisfy various customer demands.
