This machine is specially designed for rewinding adhesive materials including Kapton (polyimide) tape, electronic protective film, PE film, TPU film, PET film, kraft paper, washi tape, BOPP tape and acrylic adhesive tape.

• Adopts HCFA motion control system with automatic taper tension function, which automatically adjusts tension according to material thickness and winding diameter during rewinding.
• Servo-driven rewinding; dual servo control for main traction and auxiliary traction; servo-controlled rewinding press roller.
• Dual servo-driven automatic shifting electronic press wheel, which automatically follows changes in material thickness and roll length, maintains consistent gap between press roller and rewind shaft, to ensure flat and neat finished rolls.
• Automatic tension control for unwind and rewind, stable tension and smooth start/stop; servo motor torque rewinding delivers precise and stable tension, delivering high-quality rewinding with neat roll edges.
• All rollers contacting adhesive surface are treated with plasma nano-coating for excellent anti-stick performance.
• Equipped with double bowed (banana) spreading rollers, suitable for rewinding Kapton tape, green polyester tape and other sensitive materials.
• Unwind station is fitted with silencing rollers, which reduces noise when rewinding high-noise materials, especially effective for BOPP tape rewinding.
• 10-inch HMI touch screen for simple and intuitive operation.
