Basic Use
It is suitable for heat shrink packaging of adhesive products, daily chemicals, gifts, toys, medical supplies, food, cosmetics and other industries.
Equipment Advantages
- Our equipment utilizes stainless steel heating tubes (heating elements) to achieve prolonged service life.
- The thermal insulation layer of the heating system of the intelligent visible variable-frequency heat shrink tunnel is made of high-temperature resistant rock wool, which keeps the surface temperature low during operation and reduces heat loss.
- The air circulation duct system is specially designed to ensure uniform heating of products. Equipped with two high-power imported air circulation motors, it delivers large and even air volume inside the shrink tunnel with adjustable wind speed.
- The outer panels of the heat shrink tunnel are bent from ordinary carbon steel sheets with plastic-sprayed surface treatment, while the inner panels are hydraulically processed galvanized sheets.
