PP Strap Production Line Single Screw Designed for Continuous Plastic Strap Extrusion and Durable Packaging Applications
This regular PP strap extrusion production line is a fully automatic single-screw continuous extrusion system dedicated to manufacturing high-tensile polypropylene packing straps. Adopted widely in packaging, logistics transportation and industrial bundling scenarios, this line delivers highly uniform strap dimension and stable finished product quality.
Equipped with a customized single screw and barrel structure, the extruder achieves excellent plasticization effect for PP raw materials. The complete line consists of automatic feeding system, extrusion die head, water cooling tank, drying unit, preheating & stretching mechanism, embossing device and multiple automatic winding machines. The whole production line is centrally synchronized and controlled by PLC touch screen system, which ensures stable running and high production efficiency.
It supports processing both virgin PP pellets and recycled reprocessed PP granules, with color masterbatch available for customized color production. The finished packing strap width ranges from 5mm to 19mm, thickness adjustable between 0.3mm and 1.3mm, which meets diversified bundling demands across multiple industries.
