Basic use:
It is suitable for sealing and packaging of the same specifications. It is matched with the automatic packaging machine to realize automatic sealing, which greatly saves labor, reduces labor intensity and improves production efficiency.
Equipment advantages:
- Designed for simultaneous batch processing of same-size cartons. Manual width and height adjustment is necessary during size replacement.
- Equipped with automatic flap folding function, this linear carton sealer can cooperate with four-corner I-type sealing equipment to achieve full I-shaped carton sealing solution.
- The tape mounting bracket adopts rigid precision structure, offering smooth movement and prolonged service cycle.
- Besides independent operation, the machine can combine with unmanned automatic strapping machines and conveyors to set up automatic sealing & strapping packaging lines. Adhesive tape forms flat, stable and standardized sealing with good visual effect, and prevents carton tearing effectively.
