Equipment Strength:
- Our unit adopts visual camera monitoring to confirm labels are correctly stuck on products, alongside laser position sensors that can spot upturned or partially peeled labels. Substandard items will be automatically sorted out, ensuring stable and uniform product quality throughout production.
- The main body’s feeding conveyor is designed with two working modes: forward feeding and reverse material discharge. Forward feeding is used for regular production runs; when the packaging machine encounters material overflow, reverse discharge can be turned on to ensure upstream equipment runs continuously and smoothly without shutdowns.
- Material inlet adopts track feeding design. When compared with traditional turnover feeding structures, it runs much more steadily and thoroughly prevents material jamming failures.
- The complete machine adopts a special motion controller for driving and speed regulation, which ensures smooth and consistent mechanical operation, free from shaking, abrupt jerks or shutdown stalls.
- The equipment is mainly made of A3 carbon steel and high-quality aluminum alloy, with solid structural strength and refined industrial styling.
- Tape specifications support flexible adjustment.
- Fitted with a pulse cold sealing and cutting knife whose effective cutting width reaches 500 mm. It needs no preheating and can be put into use right away; energy-efficient in operation, it produces flat, sleek sealing edges.
- It is applicable to transparent packaging films as well as printed color films, possessing extensive adaptability for various packaging needs.
