904L Stainless Steel Angle for Acid Processing and Corrosive Service
Shaanxi Shangyou Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. supplies 904L stainless steel angle for acid-processing equipment, chemical plants and highly corrosive industrial environments. UNS N08904 / EN 1.4539 is a high-nickel, molybdenum-alloyed austenitic grade originally developed for sulfuric-acid handling.

904L angle is normally supplied as a made-to-order special profile. Parent plate can be cut and formed or joined through a qualified fabrication route.
Applications include sulfuric-acid equipment, chemical-processing skids, pickling equipment, tanks, reactor supports and flue-gas-treatment systems.
904L is not resistant to every acid concentration or temperature. The buyer should provide the exact chemical medium, concentration, operating temperature, impurities and cleaning process.
PMI verifies major alloying elements, while full grade traceability remains linked to the MTC. Fabrication should prevent carbon-steel contamination and restore the stainless surface after welding.
