Super Duplex 2507 Stainless Steel Angle for Desalination Structures
Shangyou Stainless Steel supplies super duplex 2507 stainless steel angle for desalination plants, offshore structures and high-chloride industrial environments. UNS S32750 / EN 1.4410 combines higher corrosion resistance and mechanical strength than standard duplex 2205 and is used in desalination and subsea applications.

Super duplex angle availability is usually project-based. Custom fabrication allows the use of certified 2507 plate where rolled structural sections are not available.
Applications include desalination skids, seawater intake systems, offshore supports, scrubbers, industrial piping supports and chloride-bearing process equipment.
Fabrication requires controlled heat input and qualified welding procedures to maintain an appropriate ferrite-austenite balance and avoid detrimental intermetallic phases.
PMI alone does not verify phase balance, heat treatment or corrosion performance. Ferrite measurement, mechanical testing or corrosion testing may be required by the project specification.
