• High-Precision Control: Precise management of injection pressure, speed, temperature (barrel and mold), holding time, and cooling time to ensure stable product dimensions, excellent appearance, and no flash burrs
• Wire Supply System: Equipped with sophisticated wire supply device that continuously and stably conveys rolls of dental floss (typically waxed nylon monofilament) to specific stations
• Tensioning & Positioning: Precisely tauts and positions dental floss before mold closure or at specific stations, ensuring proper placement between fork heads for optimal floss stick functionality
• Automatic Cutting & Trimming: Automatically and precisely cuts dental floss (and excess threads) between front and rear products, ensuring moderate, neat floss length at both ends without burrs or length inconsistencies

Fully automated production process from plastic pellet drying and melting through injection, flossing, tensioning, embedding, product ejection, automatic cutting, scrap removal, to finished product counting, stacking, and conveying to packaging.
